How can I pay?


OMANI checkout page is fast, easy and reliable in order for you to experience a secure checkout. We accept all card payment types worldwide via Master Card, Visa Card, Discover Card any form of Debit and any for of credit card such as American Express.


Do you offer international delivery?


Yes. Omani ships to over 150 countries worldwide.

Just a reminder, you will receive your order anywhere from 5-9 business days for your choice of standard shipping from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. The same apply to express shipping except you will receive your order from 1-3 business days. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

Orders placed for overnight service before 11:00 AM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) 


What type of sizing do you carry in your store?


Small, medium, and large are the main sizes we use and carry for our inventory. Our specialty sizes are 1x large and 2x large. We carry these sizes on rare occasions and upon special request. Please see our size guide for specific details on all sizes.


What is your return and exchange policy? 


It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your purchase at OMANI. We accept returns within 7 days after receipt of your delivery. Returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging, with all tags attached. To return an item, please email us a note of the items you are returning, the reason code for returning it and what you would like in exchange (such as a different size or color) or if you request a refund. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. OMANI will not refund any goods that have either been signed for by a customer at the delivery address stated on the original order or for items returned to us which are lost in the post and are not accompanied by a tracking number.

Goods are returned to OMANI at your own expense. We will send your exchange item to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.

Once we receive your package, please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. An email notification will be sent when your refund or exchange has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non- refundable. International customers are advised that OMANI will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning goods. Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Return department.


    Can I cancel my order?

    The cancellation of an order depends on whether or not it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped there is no way of cancelling the order. If an order has not shipped, your order may be cancelled at anytime before processing and shipping. For ways to return an item that has been shipped, please see our return policy (#04).


    How do I track my order?

    In order for you to better track your parcel, OMANI provides a tracking number for all orders whether large or small.


    How long will it take until I receive my order? 

    The amount of time for your order to be received depends on our processing time as well as the shipping time table per your domestic or worldwide location. Our processing time is very fast and takes 1-2 business days or less. The time you will receive your order depends on type of shipping you choose at checkout and the location that you live.


    Is my identity and payment at checkout secure?

    OMANI uses a number of firewall protection programs to ensure your payment at checkout is secure. When placing your order, please note that OMANI may require further verification of your order to ensure that orders are authorized by the cardholder. Verification will be completed via the email from which the order was placed. If a response is not given to our inquiries the order will be cancelled within a 48 hour period of first contact. Verification may be required for a multitude of reasons and at the discretion of OMANI.
